Electron Probe X-ray Micro Analyzer (EPMA) also known as a micro-area X-ray spectrometer or X-ray micro-analyzer, is an analytical tool used to determine the chemical composition of small volumes of solid materials.

Electron Probe X-ray Micro Analyzer (EPMA) Analytical Service is mainly suitable for micro-area composition analysis and includes both an energy dispersive spectrometer (EDS) and a wavelength dispersive spectrometer (WDS). The WDS can measure elements from Be to U, and can test components of micron-sized phases with concentrations above several hundred ppm. EPMA is widely used for qualitative and quantitative analysis of metal and mineral materials.

Analytical Service Minimum order requirement: $250 per order. A $200 handling fee will be applied if order is below $250.
