Functions
Very potent (pIC50 = 8.6 vs full length protein, 7.7 in cellular assays) inhibitor of Bromodomain and PHD Finger-containing 1 (BRPF1). It displayed >1600-fold selectivity over other bromodomains.
Application Procedures
First dissolved in DMSO (up to at least 25 mg/ml) or in Ethanol (25 mg/ml), then diluted to aqueous buffer. Solutions in DMSO or ethanol may be stored at -20°C for up to 3 months.
