Intended Use: 25×wash buffer. For washing during ELISA assay. This wash buffer is suitable for sandwich-ELISA.
Method for use
Prepare the 1×working wash buffer with deionized water before use, discard the solution from each micro plate well, then add about 350μL working wash buffer to the wells, soak for 1-2 minutes, aspirate or decant the solution from each well and pat dry against clean absorbent paper.
