Functions

TAME binds to the ubiquitin ligase anaphase-promoting complex (APC) preventing its activation by Cdc20 and Cdh1 and resulting in mitotic arrest.

Application Procedures

First dissolved in DMSO (up to 30 mg/ml) or in Water (up to 30 mg/ml), then diluted to aqueous buffer. Solutions in DMSO or distilled water may be stored at -20°C for up to 3 months.
