IKK-2 inhibitor
Functions
Reversible, competitive inhibitor of IKK2 (IC50 = 11.2 µM). Has not been demonstrated to inhibit other IKK isoforms, or other kinases. Displays dose-dependent inhibition of the transcription of NK-κB dependent genes in cell culture.
Application Procedures
First dissolved in DMSO (up to 25 mg/ml), then diluted to aqueous buffer. Solutions in DMSO may be stored at -20°C for up to 3 months.
