Dopamine D2 Antagonist; Endocytosis inhibitor
Functions
Inhibits dynamin and clathrin-mediated endocytosis (CME) with an IC50=5.8 µM for CME. Increases tumor cell antigen presentation enhancing the efficacy of anti-tumor mAbs. A clinically useful antipsychotic agent with antimigraine and antiemetic activity.
Application Procedures
First dissolved in DMSO (up to 15 mg/ml), then diluted to aqueous buffer. Solutions in DMSO may be stored at -20°C for up to 3 months.
