Description
Nuclease Removal Solution is a cleaning agent used for eliminating RNase or DNase contamination from glassware, plastic surfaces, reaction vessels, countertops, pipettors and microcentrifuge tubes.
Application
- Removing RNase and DNase from glassware, apparatus, countertops, tubes, and pipettors.
- Remove RNase contamination from glass and plastic surfaces.

Store at ambient conditions for 2 years.
Procedures
Simply spray the solution on contaminated surfaces and rinse off with RNase-free water.
For cleaning plastic and glass vessels: Spray the solution on the entire surface. Incubate 3-5 mins. then rinse with RNase-free water 2-3 times and allow to air dry.
For cleaning lab equipment: Apply liberally to a paper towel and wipe all exposed surfaces thoroughly. Rinse with water and dry. Small parts should be soaked in the solution, thoroughly rinsed with RNase-free water and dried with a clean paper towel.
