Human Tubal Fluid (HTF) medium is a chemically defined medium. It is intended for use in assisted reproductive procedures, which include gamete, embryo manipulation, and embryo culture. The HEPES Buffered HTP medium is like the High Calcium HTF, but the components have some modifications and do not require the use of a CO2 incubator.
