Description

TribioScience’s Listeria Special Broth (LSB) medium provides a nutritive base with ingredients such as tryptone, soytone, glucose, and K2HPO4, which promote cell resuscitation and enhance the growth of Listeria spp. and Listeria monocytogenes. NaCl is included to maintain osmotic balance, while the selective agents are optimized to efficiently target competing flora without compromising the growth of Listeria.
