A novel ATP-competitive pan-specific Akt kinase inhibitor. (IC50’s=2, 13, 9 nM for Akt1, 2 and 3 respectively)  Antitumor activity. Active in vivo. Induces hyperglycemia. Cell permeable.

Application Procedures

First dissolved in DMSO (up to 10 mg/ml) or in Ethanol (up to 30 mg/ml), then diluted to aqueous buffer. Solutions in DMSO or distilled water may be stored at -20° for up to 1 month.
