Description: Programmed cell death protein 1 (PD-1) is an immune checkpoint receptor expressed on the surface of immune cells, including T cells, B cells, and myeloid cells. It plays a crucial role in immune regulation by delivering inhibitory signals upon interaction with its ligands, PD-L1 and PD-L2, to reduce T cell activity and maintain immune homeostasis. This antibody also contains a LALAPG mutation in the Fc fragment rendering it unable to bind to endogenous Fcγ receptors.
