MSE PRO™ Waterborne Room Temperature Curing Silicone Resin Emulsion, 25kg/Barrel
MSE Supplies offers an upgraded version of Silicone Resin Emulsion. Unlike the previous one (CM0908), which requires high-temperature curing, this upgraded product can achieve room temperature curing, overcoming the limitations of large facilities and equipment that cannot be baked. The product is packaged in two components.
- Excellent water dilution capability, low odor, free from toluene and xylene, complying with environmental regulations.
- Good stability, can be dispersed at high speeds, resistant to acids and alkalis, with good heat storage, centrifugal, and dilution stability.
- Outstanding film-forming ability, quick surface drying at room temperature, with good wetting and leveling properties.
- Ideal base material for high-temperature waterborne coatings when combined with suitable heat-stable pigments, fillers, or metallic powders.
- The fully cured coating has good thermal stability, excellent weather resistance, and salt spray resistance.
- The fully cured film has good hardness, toughness, abrasion resistance, impact resistance, and chemical resistance.
- Two-component room temperature curing.
