Introduction
The MSE PRO Sulfonated Composite Film is a high-performance separator specifically designed for zinc-ion battery applications. Manufactured from a PP membrane combined with non-woven fabric and treated with a single-side sulfonation process, this separator delivers excellent electrolyte wettability, ionic conductivity, and electrochemical stability.
The hydrophilic sulfonation treatment significantly enhances electrolyte absorption and ion transport, resulting in improved battery efficiency, reduced internal resistance, and stable cycling performance.
