MSE PRO™ Rotary Top and Side Sealing Machine
It is suitable for heating packaging test and screening short-circuit cells on the top and side of flexible packaging lithium batteries. Process: 4 battery clamps are symmetrically arranged on the turntable. The battery is loaded into the clamps at the feeding position, and will be intermittently transported with the turntable. The battery will stay at the feeding position → top sealing position → side sealing position → feeding position in turn. The top edge encapsulation and side edge encapsulation will be completed at the corresponding station, and the battery will be taken out at the feeding position to complete the processes of top sealing, side sealing and short circuit detection.
