This is a battery slurry viscosity tester with LED liquid crystal display. The viscosity of battery electrode slurry plays an important role during Lithium-ion battery (LIB) electrode coating process. It is essential to monitor and control the viscosity during slurry mixing process. Usually the cathode slurry viscosity needs to be controlled in range of 6000-10000 cP, and the anode slurry viscosity in the range of 1000-3000 cP. This equipment has been widely used to monitor and control battery electrode slurry viscosity during the mixing process for lithium-ion battery research.
