MSE PRO™ Acidic Atmosphere with SO2 Test Machine
MSE PRO™ Acidic Atmosphere with SO2 Test Machine is primarily designed to evaluate the acid resistance of materials and surface coatings on equipment. It is suitable for assessing equipment stored or used in acidic environments, such as industrial zones or near exhaust systems of combustion devices. The apparatus also enables corrosion testing in controlled laboratory conditions, providing quality assessment methods for evaluating whether metal materials possess anti-corrosion protection. For rapid analysis of discontinuities, pores, and damage in organic/inorganic coatings, it facilitates corrosion resistance testing. Additionally, it supports quality control by allowing comparison between samples coated with identical materials. The salt spray test is particularly effective in detecting discontinuities like micro-pores and other defects in certain metals, organic coatings, anodized surfaces, and conversion coatings. However, this equipment is not suitable for evaluating hydrogen
sulfide effects.
