MSE PRO™ 300mL Stainless Steel Intelligent Mechanical Stirring Reactor 

MSE PRO™ Intelligent Mechanical Stirring Reactor integrates a mechanical stirring vessel, heating furnace, and intelligent temperature controller into a single system, with a design temperature of 300°C and a maximum pressure of 10.3 MPa.

The reactor features a fully integrated body structure and a multi-layer safety protection system (including MEAS pressure sensor, ASHCROFT pressure gauge, Swagelok safety valve, and a custom-designed rupture disc). Additional safety functions such as over-temperature power cutoff and overpressure alarm with buzzer ensure safe operation under high-temperature and high-pressure conditions.

A 7-inch high-sensitivity touchscreen allows real-time monitoring of temperature, stirring speed, pressure, and operation time. Full-process data reports can be exported instantly via a USB interface.
