MSE PRO Stainless Steel Universal Quick-Open Magnetic Stirring Reactor integrates magnetic stirring, high-temperature heating, and intelligent control into a single system, with a designed temperature of 300°C and a pressure of 20.7 MPa. The reactor is precision-machined as a single unit and features a multi-layered safety protection system, including Fitok inlet and outlet valves, a safety valve, and a custom rupture valve. Additionally, it is equipped with over-temperature power cutoff and over-pressure alarm functions, ensuring safe operation under extreme conditions.
With an innovative quick-open modular design and assistive disassembly tools, the reactor significantly improves operational efficiency. The 7-inch high-sensitivity touchscreen allows real-time monitoring of temperature, stirring speed, pressure, and working time, with a USB interface for one-click export of comprehensive process data reports.
