MSE PRO™ 1200°C Experimental Rotary Furnace

The MSE PRO™ 1200°C Experimental Rotary Furnace features an integrated control system and chamber design. Its chamber is constructed from high-purity alumina microcrystalline fiber, vacuum-formed at high temperatures for excellent insulation. Resistance wires serve as the heating elements, arranged parallel to and evenly around the quartz tube to ensure uniform heat distribution. The furnace incorporates a double-layer air-cooling system, maintaining the external surface temperature below 60 °C. A quartz tube runs through the entire vacuum chamber, sealed at both ends with stainless steel flanges, enabling operation under vacuum or controlled atmosphere. Rotary mechanisms at both ends drive the tube to rotate at a steady speed, ensuring uniform material mixing and promoting thorough reactions.
