LabExact® Disposable non-sterile Nylon/Polyamide filtration media syringe filters feature Luer-Lok™ and pressure fitting.  The unique concentric funnel shaped barrel increases volume and decreases back pressure.   Hydrophilic material recommended for filtration of aqueous or organic/aqueous medium polar liquids.  Commonly used for general laboratory filtration and filtration of HPLC and GC samples prior to injection.  Suitable for filtration of aqueous and organic-aqueous polar medium liquids and dissolution sample analysis.  Suitable for use with high pH samples. Since it binds proteins it is NOT suitable for protein recovery applications.  They are ultrasonically bonded for reliability and the filter media type is clearly inscribed on barrel.  Excellent unit-to-unit and lot-to-lot reproducibility and consistency.

Features:

• These Luer-Lok™ syringe filters have the same ultrasonically-welded construction as the other diameter sizes in our line, but are designed for very small fluidic volume (>5ml).
• The design of the filter housing has been specialized without over molding to increase the high pressure load capacity which is inherent in small surface area throughput devices. 
• Proportionally longer than normal outlet slip-port for accurate dispensing into small wells and vials.
• They small size affords a very small dead volume. This allows smaller sample sizes, less waste and higher recovery rates.
