Introduction

The Hiner-pack® Spring Box For 2-inch Waffle Pack (56.12×56×34.98)mm with 1+10 Capacity is an accessory that locks the tray and cover together by applying uniform compression along the tray edges. This prevents die movement, offsets lid or tray warpage, and ensures stack stability during handling, shipping, or automated processing. It is available in static-dissipative or conductive formulations. 

Application

This 2-inch Waffle Pack Clip is a box design with springs for maximum wrap-around stacked trays and covers, and has the highest capacity of any conventional clip. It protects die and substrates such as thin film capacitors, shims, RF switches, MMICs, pedestals, etc. from damage when shipped in industry standard waffle pack chip trays. It can hold stacked trays and covers with snaps, making it easier to maneuver than traditional clips.  The height of the clip/clamp can be customized to fit chip trays of different thicknesses.
