Description:

Vertical stacking shipper with cassette, bottom, and top for wafer protection

The vertical wafer shipper features a three-piece assembly (bottom, cassette, top) engineered to hold up to 25 full-thickness wafers. The design of three-in-one shipper maximizes space while minimizing movement within the box, which can prevent the movement inside the slot during transportation, thereby reducing the potential for edge defects of the wafer during transit. Protecting vertically stored wafers during safe transportation while allowing easy access. Support springs or alignment inside the Upper cover keys hold each wafer securely, preventing tilt, vibration, and contact between adjacent wafers, effectively avoiding wafer rotation, preventing wafer breakage. Dimensions conform to industry-standard cassette footprints, allowing plug-and-play integration with existing load ports, transfer robots, and storage racks. Crafted from high-purity polypropylene, it exhibits ultra-low ionic and minimal outgassing, meeting stringent cleanroom requirements.
