Background
CD31 is mainly expressed in endothelial cells, platelets, monocyte macrophages, granulocytes and B lymphocytes. Its sensitivity and specificity are higher than those of CD34 and VIII in the judging and differential judging of benign and malignant angiogenic tumors.
