MagListo™ Protein L Kit uses magnetic separation method that allows quick and easy purification of antibodies. It is consist of Protein L Magnetic Nanobead which consists of magnetic particles in silica beads, coated with high-purity (> 95%) of protein L. These characteristics allow specific recognition of antibodies which can purify 800 μg of Human IgG per 1 ml of bead solution. It is applied to antibody purification, immunoprecipitation, antigen-antibody interaction studies, protein complex studies, cell separation, etc.
