General Information
Bacitracin A is a peptide antibiotic with multiple components and is a slow acting bactericide. It can specifically inhibit the dephosphorylation of bacterial cell wall synthesis, affect the transport of phospholipids and transport mucin to the cell wall scaffold, inhibit bacterial cell wall synthesis, and damage cell membranes, leading to ion and amino acid efflux and bacterial death.Maximum residue limit by WTO and FUDA for animal tissues may be set also for agricultural pesticides that are not approved for use on animals but are used on commodities fed to animals.Compared with traditional methods, Elabscience Bacitracin kit is simple, fast, and sensitive, and is suitable for the detection of large quantities of samples.
