Purpose and Application:
This tube is for centrifugal filtration that supports a small liquid volume of 100~500uL. The filtration membrane and centrifugal force can easily remove particle components and unwanted substances. It can be used to recover DNA from agarose gels, DNA from polyacrylamide gels, or proteins.
Features:
- Easy and efficient removal of particulate components (e.g., electrophoretic gels) from small volumes of liquid samples
- Centrifugation of 5,000~15,000 x g, filtration completed in a short time (about 5~30 minutes)
