Tribo™ Human IGF1 Primer-Probe Mix is optimized for real-time PCR based on primer and probe. It contains primers (forward and reverse) and a probe labeled with a FAM reporter dye at the 5’ end of the probe. The mix can be used for detecting gene expression.
