Alkaline phosphatase inhibitor

Functions

Potent alkaline phosphatase inhibitor. Strongly activates cystic fibrosis transmembrane conductance regulator (CFTR) chloride channels by inhibiting a membrane associated protein phosphatase. Inhibits terminal cell division-associated differentiation in murine erythroleukemia cells.

Application Procedures

First dissolved in Water (up to 10 mg/ml), then diluted to aqueous buffer. Solutions in distilled water may be stored at -20°C for up to 3 months.
