Functions

Potent, orally bioavailable antagonist of CCR4 (pIC50 = 7.8(h), 8.0(r), 8.0(m), 7.6(d)). Inactive at CXCR1/2, CCR1, CCR2b, CCR5, CCR7, and CCR8 @ 10 µM.

Application Procedures

First dissolved in DMSO (up to at least 25 mg/ml), then diluted to aqueous buffer. Solutions in DMSO may be stored at -20°C for up to 3 months.
