Functions
Archetypal dopamine pan-receptor agonist. Displays anti-Parkinsons activity in vivo. Protects against MPTP-induced neurotoxicity in a mouse model. In clinical use for Parkinson’s disease.
Application Procedures
First dissolved in Water (up to 20 mg/ml), then diluted to aqueous buffer. Solutions in distilled water may be stored at -20°C for up to 1 week.
