Background
Streptavidin agarose gel, made of high-quality streptavidin covalently conjugated to agarose gel, has the characteristics of high loading capacity, high specificity and stable properties, and can specifically bind to biotin-labeled proteins, nucleic acids, polypeptide lectins and other molecules for immunoprecipitation (IP), cell sorting, DNA-protein interaction research, etc.
