The Neware CE-4008-20V10A-SR 20V10A Battery Module Tester is a high-precision battery testing system designed for reliable charge and discharge evaluation, dynamic performance analysis, and long-cycle aging studies. Built on the CE-4000 platform, it provides a 0.1–20V voltage range, 10A current output, and up to 200W single-channel output power, making it well suited for battery module testing, DCIR analysis, pulse testing, and routine laboratory R&D applications. Its independent constant-current and constant-voltage closed-loop architecture, four-wire measurement design, and high-resolution AD/DA system help ensure accurate and stable test results.

Designed for modern lab environments, the system supports multiple working modes including CC, CV, CCCV, CP, and pulse testing, with centralized data handling through MySQL and export options such as Excel, TXT, Graph, PDF, and CSV. With optional CAN and RS485 communication plus BMS integration support, the CE-4008-20V10A-SR offers both flexibility and expandability for advanced battery testing workflows.

  • The default fixture supplied with this unit is the polymer clamp, and the default channel cable length is 0.2 meters. The polymer clamp is shown in the image below.
