MSE PRO™ Three-in-one Battery Edge Cutting, Folding and Heating Machine
This MSE PRO™ battery machine offers a three in one solution for cutting, folding, and heating polymer battery edges. The battery is loaded onto the synchronous belt in the feeding area and is automatically fed to the cutting, clamping, hotting, and taking positions along the belt. At the cutting position, excess edge material is trimmed, and at the clamping position, the battery is folded and heated using the hot copper die channel. Finally, at the discharging position, the battery can be manually removed from the forming fixture mounted on the chain.
