Motorized rotation stages are precision-engineered platforms designed for smooth and accurate rotational motion control.   • Equipped with a standard stepper motor and RS232 or USB interface. The company’s self-developed RC01USB series motion controller enables automated control. 
  • The rotary shaft system is manufactured through multiple precision processes, featuring high fitting accuracy, high load capacity, and long service life. 
  • Uses a precisely fitted worm gear and worm structure, ensuring smooth motion, allowing free forward and reverse rotation with minimal backlash. 
  • Ingeniously designed anti-backlash mechanism allows adjustment of clearance caused by long-term use.
  • Special structural design ensures extremely low-end runout and eccentricity of the rotary table, making rotary motion more stable. 
  • The outer edge of the table is equipped with a laser-engraved scale ring, which can rotate relative to the table for convenient initial positioning and reading. 
  • The stepper motor and worm gear are connected by a high-quality imported flexible coupling, ensuring synchronous transmission, excellent misalignment compensation, reduced eccentric disturbance, and low noise. 
  • The electric rotary stage can be used horizontally or vertically and can be combined with other stages to form a multi-dimensional electric adjustment platform.
  • Optional features include limit switches, initial zero position, servo motor replacement, and rotary encoder installation. Customized modifications and tailor-made solutions are available.
