MSE PRO™ Salt Spray Machine
This test equipment simulates corrosion test in artificial environment and is used to test the comparative quality of metal materials with or without corrosion protection; anticorrosion test suitable for rapid analysis of discontinuity, hole and damage in organic and inorganic coatings, and, for quality control, can compare between samples with the same coating; salt spray test is especially suitable for detecting discontinuity in some metals, organic, anodic oxidation and conversion coatings, such as small holes and other defects; among which
- Neutral Salt spray test (NSS) is applicable to (metals and their alloys, metal coatings (anode and cathode), conversion coatings, anodizing coatings, organic coatings on metal materials);
- AASS is especially suitable for decorative plating of copper + nickel + chromium, or nickel + chromium; also found that it is suitable for anode plating of test aluminum.
- Copper accelerated acetate spray test (CASS) is suitable for decorative plating of copper + nickel + chromium, or nickel + chromium; also found that it is suitable for anode plating of test aluminum.
