MSE PRO™ Large Arc Melting Furnace is mainly composed of arc melting vacuum chamber, electrode and lifting mechanism, furnace door opening mechanism, water-cooled crucible, vacuum system and power supply system, etc.

Equipment structure:

• Arc melting vacuum chamber: It adopts double-layer water-cooling structure, the inner and outer layers are welded by stainless steel. The furnace body is equipped with a turning manipulator for melting and turning samples. It is equipped with an observation window, vacuum interface, inflation and deflation valves, etc. The furnace cover is equipped with an upper electrode interface, with a novel structure and beautiful appearance.
• Electrode and lifting mechanism: It can rotate freely 360 degrees. The electrode is lifted by a screw rod and adjusted electrically, which is convenient and flexible. The interface is connected by a welded bellows to ensure reliable vacuum sealing.
• Furnace door opening mechanism: The furnace door is opened manually, which is easy to operate and easy to load and unload materials.
• Water-cooled copper crucible: the water-cooled copper crucible is made of red copper, with six stations, one of which is a hemispherical station with suction casting function with a bulk density of 80-100g, and five melting and degassing stations with a bulk density (sample weight according to 7.8g/cm3) of 150-200g.
• Vacuum system: It is composed of backing pump + molecular pump + compound vacuum gauge, pneumatic vacuum valve and various pipelines. 6. Power supply control system: The control system and the furnace body are integrated and equipped with a touch screen. The operation buttons are modularly arranged according to their functions, which is intuitive and convenient. The arc power supply uses a special power supply for arc melting, which has a high safety factor and strong stability.

• Equipped with a professional infrared temperature probe to monitor the melting temperature and provide over-temperature protection.
• The water-cooled electrode can move 360 degrees, which is flexible to operate.
• The robot with material turning function can turn the material during the melting process, making the material melting more uniform.
