Main Features:

  • Automatic turret, automatic switching between indenter and objective lens during testing, precise positioning of test points, automatic loading, automatic unloading. It is equipped with dual objective external illumination measurement, which solves the problem of too small or too large indentation to measure. The Brinell external illumination measurement makes the indentation clearer and the measurement more accurate.
  • Eyepiece structure with digital encoder, measuring D1, D2 values, LCD directly displays hardness values and D1, D2 values.
  • Calibration can be done according to standard hardness blocks or length scales.
  • The test force can be automatically corrected by a standard dynamometer.
  • Rockwell and Vickers hardness values can be converted.
  • All data is saved in EXCEL format on a USB drive.
