It supports both Rockwell and superficial Rockwell hardness scales, making it suitable for a broad range of metal materials and components. The system features automatic Z-axis lifting and motorized X/Y stage movement, allowing fully automated multi-point testing across a 100 mm × 100 mm area. Once test points are set, the instrument can automatically rise, apply the load, unload, display the hardness value, and move to the next position, greatly improving testing efficiency for batch inspection. With automatic correction, database storage, hardness conversion, and Excel data export, it is ideal for laboratories, research facilities, and industrial quality control applications.
