    Applications 

    Erbium Nitrate Pentahydrate (Er(NO3)3 · 5H2O) is a pink rare earth salt. It is mainly used as a source material to make metal erbium and other compounds. It is also used as dopants to synthesize Er-doped nanomaterials for luminescence applications.
