Product details:

CuSn10 is a solid solution strengthened copper alloy (bronze) with 10% Tin. The high Tin content results in high strength and springiness at an adequate conductivity. The CuSn10 alloy is wear-resistant, has very good corrosion resistance and can be readily soldered. 
Fields of application of CuSn10 alloy are stamped parts, connectors, spring contacts, springs, bushings and bearings, metal hose, the paper industry, ship and apparatus manufacturing as well as electrical and mechanical engineering.

Applications:

Powder is mainly used in laser/electron beam additive manufacturing (SLM/EBM), powder metallurgy (PM), laser cladding, laser direct deposition (DLD), powder hot isostatic pressing (HIP), metal injection mold Molding (MIM) and other processes. According to customer needs, powder can be used in a variety of fields such as aerospace, automotive, biomedical, electronic product welding, powder metallurgy parts and so on.

Applicable Equipment: 

Powder can be used in various types of metal 3D printers, including Renishaw from the UK, EOS (EOSINT M series) from Germany, Concept Laser, 3D systems from the United States and many other laser melting equipment.
