MSE Supplies offers an automatic three in one machine for lithium pouch cell battery case edge cutting, folding (trimming) and heating (perming). The equipment is mainly used for pouch cell molding process for the final assemble after sealing. The trimming space can be adjusted to adapt to different width of battery and touch screen display is equipped to control the heating temperature with LCD thermostat. Further, air pressure and speed can be set and adjusted according to process requirements. The operation is reliable, convenient and fast using foot switch.
