It utilizes a precision wire rod with a wide coating range for various applications such as research on ceramic tape casting, crystal film, special nanometer film, and Li-Ion battery electrode coating. Its precision extrusion type coating allows for a minimum thickness of 1.5 um, making it suitable for paper printing, film, and adhesive tape production.
This film coater doesn't have heating capability. Please choose BR0235 if you need heating function.
Our Multi-groove Slurry Coating Applicator is compatible with this coater.
