The MSE PRO 722L BOD Incubator is a biochemical incubator and is suitable for bacterial and microbial culture and preservation, plant breeding and seedling cultivation experiments, water analysis, and BOD determination.
Optional model with glass observation window on the outer door available.
Features:
- Frost-free design to effectively prevents temperature drift caused by lack of defrost function and significant temperature fluctuations during the defrosting process. Ensures excellent temperature stability even during prolonged experiments.
- Adjustable fan speed: Three-level adjustable fan speed (High, Medium, Low) prevents sample evaporation due to excessive airflow during experiments.
- New diffusive air duct circulation system: Improves temperature uniformity.
The refrigeration system utilizes hot gas bypass energy regulation technology, ensuring the compressor operates efficiently and safely under high-temperature conditions. - Programmable microcomputer fuzzy PID control technology: 30 segments, 99 cycle periods. Allows programming of multiple parameters including temperature, circulating fan speed, run time, and heating rate, enabling gradient and slope control for temperature ramping.
- Wide-screen display: Facilitates easy program setting and monitoring of temperature, fan speed, run time, etc. Features temperature alarm function (visual indicator and audible alert).
- Over-temperature protection device: Automatically interrupts operation and triggers audible/visual alarm if temperature exceeds the set high limit, protecting samples and the experimental environment.
- USB port: For connecting a printer or USB drive to record temperature and humidity data in real-time during experiments.
- Auxiliary interior light: Facilitates observation of the chamber contents in low-light conditions; waterproof, resistant to high and low temperatures, long service life.
- 40mm diameter test port: Convenient for monitoring; equipped with a silicone plug to isolate air convection.
- Outer casing: Made from high-quality cold-rolled steel plate with powder coating, uniform thickness, simple and aesthetically pleasing.
- Inner chamber and shelves: Constructed from SUS304 stainless steel. Shelves are adjustable to required heights.
- Square steel base: Integrated welding with rectangular square steel, offering high strength, enhanced durability, and stable operation without shaking.
- Universal casters: Allow free movement and locking; made from polyurethane material with good wear resistance.
