High quality 4 inch wafer carrier box is made with perfluoroalkoxy (PFA) material and can hold up to 25 of 4" wafers. It has open sidewall with wash slots in side walls. It is a wafer carrier with high temperature stability (heat up to 200℃) and high resistance to acid. It is widely used to store and transport wafers during wafer fabrication cleaning process.
