Tube luminometer is an instrument that measures weak emissions of visible light coming from a sample, by means of a photomultiplier tube. Its embedded PMT technology precisely measures light emitted from chemiluminescence reaction. It is used to evaluates surface cleanliness by measuring the chemical marker adenosine triphosphate (ATP), a compound found in all types of plant, animal and microbial cells.
The Lumi™ Single Tube Luminometer is comparable to GloMax 20/20 luminometer based on the product specifications.
