Characteristic

Tissue culture sealing film is a sealing material specially used for plant tissue culture experiments. It is mainly used to seal culture  containers (such as culture bottles, test tubes, etc.) to prevent contamination and maintain proper ventilation. The film has good  air permeability and waterproofness, which can effectively prevent microbial invasion while allowing gas exchange to ensure the  stability of the culture environment.

Advantages

  • High permeability: allows the exchange of oxygen and carbon  dioxide, maintaining normal respiration of the culture.
  • Waterproof and moisture-proof: effectively prevent water  evaporation and external moisture from entering, and maintain the humidity of the culture environment.
  • Anti-pollution: effectively block the invasion of bacteria, fungi  and other microorganisms to reduce the risk of pollution.
  • High transparency: easy to observe the growth of the culture.
  • High temperature resistance: can withstand high temperature  sterilization (such as high pressure steam sterilization).
