FILTRA VENUS V-shaped Laboratory Mixer, 4L
V-shaped laboratory mixers are designed for homogenizing powdered products. They are equipped with two loading inlets sealed with silicone caps and an unloading outlet featuring a gate valve to facilitate discharge. The effective capacity of the mixers is 50% of their total volume.
The "V"-shaped tank is constructed from AISI 316 stainless steel with a mirror-polished finish on both the interior and exterior surfaces. The 4 liter model is powered by a single-phase motor and controlled by a PLC-based automation system with a touch screen, providing the following features:
- Manual control of mixing time.
- Automatic mixing time control with four preset programs, configurable by the user.
- Control of the tank's loading and unloading positions.
- Multi-language support: Spanish, English, and French.
The mixer operates at a speed of 23 rpm
