The EF-1040 BASi Precision Faraday Cage is a pre-assembled electromagnetic shielding enclosure designed for highly sensitive, low-current electrochemical measurements. It provides a fully shielded environment that effectively minimizes environmental electromagnetic interference (EMI), improving measurement accuracy and signal stability.

Constructed from durable aluminum with stainless-steel hinges and latches, the Faraday cage offers robust protection while maintaining easy access to internal instruments. An internal UHMW liner pad helps protect the enclosure from accidental spills during experiments. A dedicated cable opening allows convenient routing of instrument cables while maintaining shielding performance.

This precision Faraday cage is particularly beneficial for studying low-impedance electrochemical devices, such as large supercapacitors with very small voltage responses.
