This device can automatically measure the amount of gas generated by up to 20 samples at the same time. It can be used for breeding, development, product control, etc. by evaluating the fermentation capacity of microbial yeast, medium/dough composition, and fermentation conditions.
Features
- Up to 20 samples can be measured simultaneously
- Measure total gas generation, hourly gas generation (gas increase, gas generation rate), dough built-in gas volume, etc.
- The measurement interval is 1, 5, 10, 15, 30, 60, 120 minutes, or 1, 5, 10, 15, 30, 60, 120 seconds, and the measurement time is 1 hour ~ 90 days / 24 hours × 7 days in units of minutes (for Ver. 5.x or above. In the case of Ver.3.x or lower, the number of measurements is 24~1440 times at intervals of 5~120 minutes. 5 days at 5-minute intervals, 30 days at 30 minutes, 60 days at 60 minutes)
- In addition to bread dough, we can also measure continuously for several days or more, such as Japan sake, yeast culture medium, and bioethanol production medium.
- In the measurement in seconds, it is possible to measure samples that generate gas in a short time, such as baking powder (the upper limit of the amount of gas that can be measured is about 90 mL)
- Correction of data based on ambient temperature with in-device temperature sensor
- Measurement data can be converted to CSV format
- Sample bin capacity: 225 mL (dough is equivalent to 20 g of flour)
- Small, lightweight and easy to maintain
