MSE Supplies offers a 1-60% RH SUS304 N2 Desiccator Cabinet, which is widely used in laboratories, precision instrument handling, semiconductor moldings, and optical lens production. It is designed to protect moisture-sensitive electronic components and valuable collections from moisture damage and oxidation using nitrogen (N2). The humidity range is adjustable from 1% to 60% RH.

Main Features:

  • Display Modes: The cabinet features a microcomputer decimal LED display, providing a temperature display precision of ±1°C and a humidity precision of ±3%RH.
  • Advanced Nitrogen Purging System: Adjustable flowmeter enables precise nitrogen regulation with rapid humidity reduction (1%-60% RH), evenly distributes N2 via micro-hole dispersion, and automatically shuts off the solenoid valve upon
    reaching the set humidity level.
  • Cabinet Structure: Constructed with high quality SUS304 material, features a 3.2 mm
    high-strength tempered glass door with magnetic sealing for an airtight closure; Lockable casters for easy mobility and stability.
  • Data Recording: USB local recording (FAT32 format) and Network Interface Logging: The network interface complies with the TCP/IP protocol and can realize
    centralized management of multiple cabinets
  • Calibration Reminder: Sensor drift can affect accuracy. To assist compliance with ISO regulations, this model incorporates a unique calibration expiration reminder function. 
  • Smart Features: Fault alarm, calibration expiry reminder, display sleep mode, power-off memory.
